Overview

Newport Caravans & Motorhomes are pleased to offer this exceptionally clean and well presented Baley Phoenix 440 that has recently arrived as a part exchange. Originally first registered on the 16h July 2020 and had its last annual service completed in may of 2024, this pre-loved model is a firm favourite amongst novice caravanners due to its layout configuration, lightweight body and ease of use !

Manufactured by Bailey of Bristol using thier ALU-TECH bodyshell construction technique which has proved extremely popular and resiliant with a timberless GRP bodyshell encompasing one piece side walls and roof, all running on an AL-KO galvanized chassis and AL-KO AKS 3004 stabiliser hitch head and 5-spoke alloy wheels.

Layout consists of a dedicated full width rear washroom with seperate walk in shower compartment with hot and cold shower mixer head, sink and vanity unit and thetford swivel cassette toilet with electric flush operation.

Centre fixed side 'french' double bed configuration with domestic style mattress and acres of useable underbed storage which can also be accessed from an external locker access door, plenty of overhead storage lockers and an ample sized double wardrobe.

Well appointed centrally located kitchen which features a branded Russel Hobbs microwave, recessed square sink with clip on plastic drainng board and hot and cold chrome mixer tap, thetford caprice MKIII domestic style gas oven/grill/hob with folding glass lid and thetford 3-way gloss black fronted fridge with integral freezer compartment.

Parallel front lounge arrangement is light and airy (thanks to the large fully opening centre vertical infinity window), finished off in original unspoilt soft furnishings and easily converts into an additional double bed if required.

A great all-round-performer that is titally uncomplicated to use, light to tow and now looking for its new forever home.
