Returns Policy

We offer a 28 day exchange/gift card return policy on original condition and unused items with a valid itemised receipt. No refunds will be given.

Awnings, Leisure Batteries or any special items ordered that we do not normally stock are all non-refundable or exchangeable. This also applies to damaged/reduced/demo items.

Any items purchased that are returned with a manufacturer fault and come with a warranty, will be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection. A repair or exchange may then be given. If it is returned within the 30 days of purchase, a refund may be given.

Faulty items also require a valid itemised receipt. If this is not possible, proof of purchase will need to be provided.

Any returns made outside the 28 days with a valid receipt, will not be given an exchange, gift card or refund.

Delivery/postage charges made by the customer are non refundable under any circumstances.
