We are a NCC (National Caravan council) Approved Workshop member, and our workshop team are experienced and qualified technicians, with CITO qualifications in gas and Electrical training.
Being an Approved Workshop member we are subject to an annual inspection and we must comply with the NCC scheme’s rigorous standards. This means you can have complete peace of mind when you leave your caravan or motorhome with us, whether it is for a routine annual service, warranty service or an accident repair.
Single Axle Caravan Service £249 inc VAT + parts
Twin Axle Caravan Service £269 inc VAT + parts
Service charge is for labour only, any parts fitted will be charged at the manufacturer recommended retail price and at £85 per hour. All our charges include VAT.

As part of a caravan service there is a 66 point checklist covering the chassis and running gear, electrical systems, gas system, water system, ventilation, fire and safety and bodywork. A damp report is also completed as part of a caravan service. The completed checklist is provided as part of the service to keep for your service history up to date.

Motorhome Habitation Service £229 + Parts
As part of a Habitation service there is an in depth checklist covering electrical systems, gas system, water system, ventilation, fire and safety and bodywork.
A damp report is also completed as part of a Motorhome habitation service.
Whether you purchase a new or preowned caravan or motorhome from Newport Caravans it will be covered by a warranty. Used vehicles
When you buy a used caravan or motorhome we offer Newport Care which will cover your leisure vehicle for 12 months from the date of purchase.This will also cover the base vehicle eg Ford, Fiat etc. The terms and conditions are on the back of the order form.
Warranty servicing is important for your caravan or motorhome, not just to maintain the smooth running but also to validate the manufacturer’s warranty. As a main dealer we update the manufacturer direct, this maintains their records and if a warranty repair is ever necessary they have all the details to settle the claim without delay.
Unlike many other caravan and motorhome dealers we are more than happy to service your caravan or motorhome even if you didn't purchase it from us. We regularly service caravans and motorhomes from manufacturers such as Bailey and Coachman caravans and Rollerteam, Autotrail and Tribute motorhomes.
Using an approved workshop gives you peace of mind that the technician working on your tourer or motorhome is qualified to the required standard. We guarantee repairs for 12 months and take all reasonable steps to protect the validity of any unexpired warranties.
